Pat was the featured speaker at the Alberta Historical Society Annual Banquet in 2008 speaking on David Thompson. Mr. McDonald resides with his wife in Rocky Mountain House. Mr. McDonald will present on August 22-23, 2009, at Rocky Mountain House National Historic Site- His topic is “ Bringing Home the Ancestors” a story of a historic fur trade reburial at Rocky Mountain House.
